The Pesky Piriformis! A literal pain in the butt!
Let's talk about the Piriformis Muscle. It might be one of the most well-known and hated muscles in the body. If you haven't heard of it, it's this tiny muscle deep in your glute (butt cheek) and it's a major over-achiever!
