Brooke Wynnyk
Athletic Therapist
Brooke loves working with athletes and active teens and young adults who find motivation and identity in their sports; striving to keep them doing what they love.
As a former basketball and volleyball athlete who was unable to return to sports due to an acute knee injury, she understands the frustration of being in pain and sacrificing the activities that fueled her identity. Because of this, she has made it her mission to help others take back control of their bodies and avoid missing out on doing what they love!
Brooke's approach to injury treatment is unique. She uses a technique called Neurokinetic Therapy (NKT) to find compensation patterns and then eliminates them with hands on releases and exercises. By doing this she not only resolves your pain, but also resolves the imbalance that likely led to your injury in the first place!
Her goal is to fully prepare you to return to your sport without apprehension of re-injury and seamlessly transition you back to what you love.
Areas of Expertise: Acute (new/ traumatic) Knee Injuries, Sport Related Injuries, TMJ Pain, Teens and Young Adults,
Additional Training: Neurokinetic Therapy, RAPID Neurofascial Reset, TMJ Massage Techniques,
